Working to Spread a Passion for Nature

Hello! My name is Katelyn Howerton. I am a nature and macro photographer based in the larger Phoenix area of Arizona. Born and raised in the state, I have always appreciated the beauty of the various environments that are present there. From the arid desert to the snow-covered forests, I love to spend time outside to capture the life and hidden secrets that may be around. When I first picked up a camera, I knew I wanted to share a unique perspective of the world with other people. I aspire to shed light on the hidden parts of this world, primarily the micro world that not many people think about. When I’m not photographing, I enjoy reading and interior design, and I am also a CAD and 3-D rendering specialist for my mom's interior design business.
